How It Works

1. Complete our Design Form
Tell us exactly how you’d like your Jellycat customized.

2. We’ll review your design
We’ll confirm your selections and answer any questions.

3. Receive your payment request
We’ll send you a Venmo request with your final total.

4. We begin creating your keepsake
Once payment is received, we’ll start handcrafting your custom Jellycat.

Production Time: 12–14 business days after payment.
