Every TATI Collective keepsake is handcrafted to order.

Please allow 12–14 business days for production after payment has been received.

Need your order sooner? Contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment

Pricing begins at $90. Final pricing depends on the Jellycat style and custom details selected

After you submit your Design Form, we’ll review your selections and send you a Venmo payment request with your final total.

Work begins once payment has been received.

Shipping

We proudly ship throughout the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be included with your final invoice.

Once your keepsake ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Custom Orders

Every TATI Collective Jellycat is handcrafted specifically for you.

Because each order is personalized, slight variations make every keepsake unique and are part of its handmade charm.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your keepsake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

Many of our keepsakes are inspired by schools, universities, sororities, sports teams, and luxury brands.
