Production Time
Every TATI Collective keepsake is handcrafted to order.
Please allow 12–14 business days for production after your order has been placed.
Need your order sooner? Contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment
Pricing begins at $90. Final pricing depends on the Jellycat style and any optional add-ons selected.
Payment is collected securely through our website at checkout.
After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to complete your Custom Design Form, where you’ll provide all of your personalization details.
Production begins once your order and design form have been received.
Shipping
We proudly ship throughout the United States.
- Standard Shipping: $7
- Each Additional Item: $5
- Transit Time: Approximately 2–5 business days after your order ships
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Colleyville, Texas.
Orders are typically ready in 12–14 business days. We’ll contact you when your keepsake is ready to arrange pickup.
Custom Orders
Every TATI Collective Jellycat is handcrafted specifically for you.
Because each order is personalized, slight variations are part of the handmade process and make every keepsake truly one of a kind.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your keepsake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

Many of our keepsakes are inspired by schools, universities, sororities, sports teams, and luxury brands.
