Custom Jellycats start at $90. Final pricing depends on the Jellycat style and any custom accessories or personalization you choose.

How long does it take?

Production time is 12–14 business days after payment is received.

How do I place an order?

Complete our Design Form, and we’ll review your selections before sending you a Venmo payment request.

Can I request any school or sorority?

Yes! We create keepsakes inspired by schools, sororities, sports teams, and special memories. If licensed fabric isn’t available, we’ll create a custom design using coordinating colors, ribbons, embroidery, and vinyl details.

Are all Jellycats handmade?

Yes! Every TATI Collective keepsake is handcrafted and customized just for you.

Do you accept returns?

Because every keepsake is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship?

Yes! We can ship anywhere!
