Handmade Custom Product Policy

• Each bunny is handmade and one-of-a-kind.
• Fabrics, logo placement, ribbon placement, and embellishments may vary slightly.
• Instagram photos are examples of previous designs and may not be exact replicas.
• Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
• If an error is made by TATI Collective, we will gladly work with you to correct it.

Each TATI Collective piece is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our plush toys are lovingly hand-finished by our small team of crafters. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations and unique imperfections may occur, adding to the charm and character of each piece. Each design is custom-created and inspired by school colors and traditions, with materials and design elements selected as part of our custom process. TATI Collective is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, university, or organization.
