How It Works

1. Choose Your Jellycat
Browse our collection and select the Jellycat you’d like to customize.

2. Complete Checkout
Complete your purchase to reserve your order. Payment is required before we begin the customization process.

3. Complete the “Customize Your Order” Form
Located directly below the product, click Customize Your Order and complete the form with your colors, personalization details, add-ons, and any special requests.

Please Note: Your order is not considered complete until both payment has been received and your Customize Your Order form has been submitted.

4. We Review Your Order
We’ll review your customization details and contact you if we have any questions before production begins.

5. We Create Your Keepsake
Once payment and your completed customization form have been received, we’ll begin handcrafting your one-of-a-kind keepsake.
